Jeremy Granger brings together construction expertise, architectural education, building science, and nearly two decades of business leadership. A licensed North Carolina General Contractor and Phius Certified Consultant, he is dedicated to creating durable, energy-efficient structures through thoughtful design and precision construction.

With advanced degrees spanning chemistry, business, and accounting, along with ongoing Master of Architecture studies at Rochester Institute of Technology, Jeremy approaches each project with analytical rigor, practical construction knowledge, and an appreciation for modern architecture.

His philosophy centers on exceeding minimum building standards through continuous education, research, and the thoughtful application of innovative construction technologies.
